These terms describe authorized use of the Wolf Media Marketing Department video-workflow dashboard, an internal service operated by Wolf Media for its employees and approved collaborators.
Access and accounts
Use the email assigned to you by Wolf Media Operations. Registration or Google sign-in establishes an account identity; workspace membership and permissions are assigned separately. Keep your account secure, use your own sign-in, and report suspected unauthorized access to Operations. Wolf Media may change or remove team access as responsibilities change.
Work records and responsibilities
Submit accurate briefs, approvals, deadlines, delivery links and status updates. Follow the allocation, review and escalation process set by Operations. Automatic allocation assists scheduling; people remain responsible for reviewing their work, communicating issues and meeting agreed commitments.
Client materials and confidentiality
Upload and share only material you have authority to use for the assigned work. Respect client confidentiality and intellectual-property rights. Use task information only for authorized work and share it only with the appropriate team or client. Using the dashboard does not transfer ownership of client content, scripts, assets or delivered videos.
Permitted use
Use the service for Wolf Media production and administration. Do not attempt to access another person’s restricted records, bypass permissions, misuse administrator controls, upload malicious files, send spam or use the service for unlawful activity. Administrator overrides must be used for a legitimate operational reason and are logged.
Google and other services
Google sign-in is optional where another supported sign-in method is available. Connecting the notification mailbox requires permission from the mailbox owner and an authorized head. That connection enables service emails; it must not be used for unsolicited marketing. Google and linked asset or video providers have their own terms and service limits.
Availability and changes
The dashboard and its integrations may be unavailable during maintenance, outages or provider restrictions. Raise urgent delivery issues directly with Operations instead of relying only on email notifications. Wolf Media may update the workflow, features and these terms as the internal service evolves.
Privacy and support
The Privacy Policy explains the information handled by the service, Google permissions, retention and data requests. These internal-use terms do not replace an employment agreement, client agreement or other separately agreed obligations.
